48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson. With less notice, or for a no-show, the full lesson fee may be charged or a package session deducted. If Stellar Language Learning cancels, the lesson will be rearranged, credited or refunded. Exceptional circumstances will always be considered fairly.

Our tuition is provided by a fully DBS-checked tutor. All sessions are conducted in a safe and professional environment. We offer flexible payment options, including bank transfer or cash, with invoices sent directly to you via email. Our coaching sessions are tailored to your specific academic and language goals. All learners - and parents or carers where applicable - receive our full policies and procedures by email before lessons begin. Copies are also available on request before booking.
